Archive Hazard
When the risk of a characteristic, area or facility is removed this change should be reflected on the property map. You can also choose to resolve a hazard instead of archiving it.
Hazards can only be added from within an individual property, learn how to navigate to a property here.
Archive hazard
Select the Hazards workflow from the sidebar
Select the Hazard to archive
Select the ellipsis (three dots at top right of side bar)
Select Archive
Click Archive hazard or Cancel to go back
If you cannot see the Archive button, you do not have permissions to archive hazards and should talk to your administrator.
Hazards information on individual properties will be exported as part of the property group Hazard Summary. Any changes will be reflected in the export.
