Update Entranceway Map
If your map includes an entranceway map then you may need to update the number and/or accessway from the main road to the property. These details can only be edited from within an individual property, learn how to navigate to a property.
Edit Entranceway Map Number/Location
This is updated using the Main Entrance property feature
Select the Property Features workflow from the sidebar
Search for the Main Entrance property feature (you will need to add this if it is missing)
Select the feature
Select the ellipsis (three dots at top right of side bar)
Select Edit
Update the Entrance Number field
Update the location if required: Click on the feature location point (red box with yellow border) and move to the updated entranceway location
Click Save to adopt the changes, Reset geometry changes to move point back to original location or Cancel to go back
Edit Entranceway Map Road Access (Red lines on PDF map)
This number is updated using the Accessway property feature
Select the Property Features workflow from the sidebar
Search for the Accessway property feature (you will need to add this if it is missing)
Select the feature (you may need to edit multiple if the accessway has been drawn in with multiple feautres)
Select the ellipsis (three dots at top right of side bar)
Select Edit
Click on the vertices (points) to change the accessway
Click Save to adopt the changes, Reset geometry changes to move point back to original location or Cancel to go back
If you cannot see the edit button, you do not have permissions to edit and should talk to your administrator.
